Scalable Membership Platform with Recurring Revenue
Chloe Condition is a fitness influencer from Myanmar looking to turn her audience into a structured membership business.
We built a scalable platform that allows her to sell fitness programs through subscriptions, manage members, and automate payments without relying on a developer.
This membership platform automates the entire user experience from recurring payments to instant access. We implemented conditional logic to ensure each user only sees content relevant to their subscription level, creating a structured and seamless experience. Built with Crocoblock to maintain flexibility, scalability, and ease of management.
The Challenge
The platform needed to do more than just host content.
It had to handle recurring payments, restrict access based on membership level, and remain simple enough for her to manage independently. At the same time, it needed to scale as her audience and content grew.
Our Approach
We approached this as a system design problem rather than a typical website build.
Using WordPress, Elementor, and Crocoblock, we developed a custom membership platform tailored to her workflow. The structure was designed to be flexible, allowing her to continuously add new programs while maintaining a clean and intuitive user experience.
Access control was a key part of the system. We implemented conditional logic to ensure that users only see content relevant to their membership level, creating a more personalized and organized experience.
Payment & Automation
To support recurring revenue, we integrated Stripe and built an automated payment flow using webhooks.
When a user subscribes, their access is granted instantly. If a payment fails or a subscription changes, the system automatically updates their access without manual intervention.
This removes the need for manual checks and allows the platform to operate reliably in the background, even as the number of users grows.
Generated $6,000+ in Revenue on First Launch
Achieved through subscription-based membership model, with continued growth as new members and content are added.
